Marketing Director | M.A. & B.A. in Communication

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to growing their clinical knowledge. As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and comfort during their visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all patients, ensuring their comfort and needs are met chairside.
  • Practice proper infection control procedures in compliance with CDC and OSHA guidelines.
  • Manage clinical appointments from start to finish, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Regularly check and maintain sterilization processes, ensuring instruments are readily available.
  • Take accurate patient records and upload them promptly, ensuring all records are up-to-date by the end of each day.
  • Monitor and update patient statuses and trackers to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and perform routine dental unit maintenance.
  • Stock office locations with necessary supplies and keep workspaces clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to grow clinical knowledge, improve skills, and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist other departments as needed, fostering a team-oriented environment.
