CascadEffects is seeking an Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with orthodontic practices across the U.S. You will guide onboarding, drive ongoing client success, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with doctors and practice staff, trade show representation, and opportunities for cross-selling. Travel up to 60% is required; fully in-person in Chanhassen, MN.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in account management, client relations, or customer success.
• Experience in orthodontics, dental, or healthcare strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for orthodontic practices during onboarding and ongoing support.
• Develop trusted relationships with doctors and staff to become a partner to their success.
• Represent the lab at trade shows and industry events to showcase products and solutions.
• Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Provide regular updates and documentation after client meetings for seamless follow-up.
• Support cross-selling initiatives by educating clients about new products and services.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and elevate the client experience.
• Plan and coordinate tradeshow events throughout the year.
• Ensure timely follow-up and onboarding following trade shows.
