Job summary

Convergint is looking for full-time, enthusiastic sales colleagues to join our College Development Program in New Orleans. Over a six-month training period, you will learn our approach, network with peers, and prepare to prospect and close opportunities in a collaborative team environment.

You will develop relationships, understand client needs, and translate them into proposals for system installation and service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and prospects to cultivate new opportunities.
• Collaborate with premier partners in vertical markets and industries to identify opportunities.
• Develop business opportunities, conduct needs assessments and write proposals for system installation and service opportunities.
• Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, event attendance and industry associations.
• Partner with operations personnel to execute growth, development, sales and marketing of all solutions.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans to meet Customer requirements.
