You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, coordinate deposits and lease paperwork, and maintain exceptional customer service to help achieve occupancy and retention goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
• Property management leasing experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and prepare the property for business.
• Respond to inquiries and schedule tour appointments.
• Explain lease options and move-in costs.
• Process applications and deposits.
