Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Orlando, FL to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional resident experiences across our communities. You will lead leasing tours, process applications, handle renewals, and coordinate with management to meet monthly occupancy goals.

This role requires at least one year of residential property management leasing, strong communication skills, and comfort with property management software.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management

Responsibilities

• Leads as a leader for the leasing consultants, applying creative sales strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Maintains resident ledgers, posts rent, and issues charges and final statements.
• Initiates lease violations, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assists Property Manager with accounting month-end.
• Manages leasing process from tour to move-in and closes sales.
• Understands property features to match resident needs.
• Supports occupancy and retention through prospective resident follow-ups.
• Builds relationships with residents and responds to concerns promptly.
• Promotes satisfaction and retention, addresses service issues.
• Plans resident events with teammates and trains others.
• Inspects property areas daily for cleanliness and readiness.
• Assists in managing client/owner relationships and provides updates.
• Processes move-outs per lease terms and procedures.
