Job summary

Vaco in Orlando, FL is seeking experienced Construction Schedulers to support project planning, fabrication, design, and production activities. You will develop detailed Primavera P6 schedules with CPM emphasis and resource loading, forecasting manpower, and schedule recovery planning.

Responsibilities include building and updating schedules, tracking progress, performing variance analysis, and coordinating with project teams to minimize delays and keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of construction scheduling experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience with resource-loaded schedules and cost/loading.
• Manpower forecasting and workforce planning experience.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and critical path analysis.
• Ability to build and evaluate logic ties, floats, and WBS structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed schedules using Primavera P6.
• Build CPM schedules with logic ties, WBS, constraints, and float.
• Create resource-loaded schedules to forecast manpower.
• Collaborate with project, design, fabrication, and operations teams.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose recovery actions.
• Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and analyses for stakeholders.
• Evaluate impacts from scope/design changes.
