Job summary

A leading construction services firm in Hampton, Virginia, is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in developing and maintaining schedules for construction projects using Primavera P6. They should be detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work well in a team. This position involves collaborating with project teams to create and update schedules, generate reports, and assist in cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Our team is looking for an experienced project scheduler with Primavera P6 experience in the construction industry. Experience in the development of large and complex cost-loaded schedules for private sector, municipal, state, and federal construction projects is desired.

C ore Areas of Responsibility.

• Work with business development and estimating teams to produce schedules for proposals
• Development of project schedules with project teams after job award
• Update schedules with the project team during the construction phase
• Enter progress update data and produce schedule plots and reports
• Assist the project manager with production of cost reports for pay applications
• Analyze delays and impacts and produce time impact analysis schedules

• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel software
• Detail and deadline oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
