STO Building Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain software schedules for construction projects. You will monitor schedule progression against baselines, explain variances, and generate reports on trends to aid project decisions.

Collaborate with the preconstruction team to ensure clear communication of schedule information and resources availability, using CPM techniques and standard procedures.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing scheduling for commercial construction projects.
• Five (5+) years of experience or equivalent specialized training and work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for assigned projects.
• Organize and prioritize incoming bid proposals to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review project schedule data, including activity records, dates, budgets, and WBS.
• Evaluate work packages for feasibility and recommend improved methods.
• Interface with internal/external customers to communicate status and corrective actions.
