Job summary

O2EPCM, Inc. is seeking an experienced scheduling professional to lead project schedules for large construction programs. You will develop schedules, review contractor progress, analyze time impacts, and support cost-related decisions across design and construction phases.

The role requires 10+ years in scheduling, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and advanced proficiency with Primavera, MS Project and MS Office. Expect travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling theories and practices.
• Experience with time impact analysis, construction claims and change orders.
• Flexible to travel to multiple sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of project schedules based on defined project execution philosophies.
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for conformance and quality assurance.
• Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule.
• Perform time impact analysis of schedule delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order negotiations.
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Identify schedule problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct construction/site visits for progress reporting.
• Review contractor schedule progress and present findings to management.
• Review and evaluate contractor recovery schedules.
• Perform cost analysis in support of design and construction phases.
• Analyze actual expenditures versus budget; prepare cost-loaded schedules.
