PMA consultants seeks a seasoned Scheduler/Project Controls professional to manage CPM schedules across design and construction phases. You will participate in kickoff and progress meetings, maintain schedules, and generate analytical reports using Primavera P6.

You will review baselines, develop recovery scenarios, and contribute to training materials. Strong MS Office skills and complex project exposure are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, transportation, construction, or project management.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience in a large, multi-faceted organization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Design and construction; Project scheduling and CPM techniques; Construction methods and standards; Knowledge of basic civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.

Responsabilités

• CPM schedule management for design, construction, and design-build projects.
• Attend kickoff, design, construction, and progress meetings.
• Create and maintain project schedules through all phases.
• Review baseline schedules and monthly CPM updates.
• Prepare Primavera schedule comparison reports, critical path/float path analysis, earned value, delay reports, and risk analyses.
• Review logic ties, activity timelines, calendars, phasing, resources, histograms, costs, and deviations from baseline.
• Conduct field visits for active construction projects.
• Develop recovery/mitigation and hypothetical scenario schedules.
• Develop scheduler project controls training materials.
• Produce work samples when requested.
