Job summary

Consertus in Florida is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join an onsite project in Fort Lauderdale or Miami. You will develop and maintain project, program, and construction schedules in Primavera P6 and coordinate with stakeholders to plan phasing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years scheduling experience, and familiarity with PSP or PMI-SP certifications are a plus. You’ll work within the project controls team to monitor progress, analyze critical paths, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Industry certifications PSP or PMI-SP preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of scheduling/project controls experience in transportation, aviation, or vertical construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and controls on large multipackage construction projects.
• Analyze critical path and prepare variance reports.
• Load costs and resources and develop cash flow reports.
• Identify changes, trends, and risks.
• Review baselines, progress updates, and time impact submittals.
• Prepare schedule reports for management.
