Wharton-Smith, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to support the development, maintenance, and analysis of complex construction project schedules in Central Florida. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Preconstruction, and Operations teams to drive on-time project delivery.

The role requires at least three years of scheduling experience, strong proficiency in Primavera P6/MSP, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across the Southeast.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Systems Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud preferred.
• Knowledge of Water/Wastewater or Commercial construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MSP and scheduling principles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop baseline schedules with preconstruction and project management teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule development, updates, and recovery strategies.
• Analyze project schedules for logic, float, and health; utilize resource and cost loading.
• Act as SME for Primavera P6; provide troubleshooting support.
• Generate schedule reports, forecasts, and analytics.
• Conduct forensic schedule analyses and time impact analyses.
• Lead schedule risk assessments with preconstruction and milestones.
• Develop and maintain scheduling best practices and tools.
