Job summary

BRPH, a leading architecture, engineering and construction firm in Orlando, FL, seeks a Senior Planner/Scheduler to join our project controls team. You will develop, maintain and integrate project schedules across multiple scopes, ensuring CPM compliance and timely progress tracking.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in project controls, strong Primavera P6 experience, EVM background, and proficiency with Deltek Acumen. Hybrid work in Orlando is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction/project management.
• 8+ years of scheduling/project controls with increasing responsibility.
• Primavera P6 experience required for regular use.
• 5+ years of earned value management (EVM) in construction.
• Deltek Acumen experience preferred.
• 5+ years administering project schedules with cost loading and risk analysis.
• Strong MS Office skills; ability to communicate with all project levels.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules (CPM).
• Develop and coordinate multiple subproject schedules with clients.
• Produce weekly/monthly status reports and ad hoc reports.
• Provide day-to-day project controls support including cost monitoring.
• Deliver earned value progress and variance analysis.
• Maintain manpower loading for projects in Deltek and schedules.
• Manage project Closeout Tracker in real time.
