Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to develop and maintain complex project schedules across development, execution and closeout phases.

You will lead template development, resource and cost loading, and schedule integration with project controls, while coaching junior schedulers and coordinating with executives and clients to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; 7 years scheduling experience.
• Experience with industrial, construction, or power generation projects.
• International business experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop logically linked complex schedules from proposal documents, contract documents, and estimate sheets.
• Maintain master schedule for each project and identify impact of work performed and not performed.
• Conduct advanced delay analysis, forensic schedule reviews, and provide schedule risk assessments.
• Interface with core team to discuss impact of work and problem resolution.
• Mentor and coach fellow schedulers; lead scheduling discussions in risk meetings.
