As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our team, developing and executing sales strategies, presenting services to prospects, and negotiating staffing solutions to help clients achieve their hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of staffing industry experience or more.
• Proficient in cold calling, solution selling, growing accounts, reviewing metrics and delivering presentations.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and willing to learn about new services and industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through market research, prospecting and lead generation.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and how they address client challenges.
• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and more.
• Meet with prospects and clients virtually and in person.
• Negotiate and sell staffing solutions.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Present our services to potential clients, addressing inquiries and objections professionally.
