Lexington Talent is seeking a Business Development Rep to expand client relationships in the Greater Orlando area on a 1099 independent contractor basis. You will engage business owners, executives, and hiring managers to assess needs and present recruiting solutions, while compensation is performance-based based on placement fees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred.
• Professional network in the Orlando area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage companies throughout the Greater Orlando market.
• Introduce recruiting and executive search services to businesses seeking hiring support.
• Meet with decision-makers to understand hiring needs and determine the appropriate recruiting model.
• Develop long-term partnerships with clients to support future hiring needs.
