Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an Orientation Trainer to administer, track, and evaluate new hire orientation and onboarding in our plant environment. You will supervise trainees, collaborate with HR, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to coordinate multiple sessions, and proficiency with MS Office. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced industrial setting and participate in HR committees as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred but not required; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience in training or onboarding preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, track, and evaluate all New Hire Orientation and Onboarding training in accordance with the People Pillar.
• Supervise new-hires during training and make recommendations to management or HR.
• Develop and promote positive working relationships with new hires, peers, leaders, and clients.
