Job summary

Pilgrims is seeking an HR Training Coordinator to support new hire orientation and onboarding, schedule training classes, prepare materials, and present courses. You will measure training effectiveness and help ensure programs run smoothly.

In this role, you will collaborate with trainers, HR, benefits, and leaders, coordinate venues and logistics, and track compliance while assisting the HR team with yearly training across all employees in a plant/industrial setting.

• Excellence presentation skills and ability to foster teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Administer and evaluate all New Hire Orientation and onboarding training.
• Supervise trainees and advise management on training needs.
• Develop positive relationships with new hires, peers, leaders and clients.
• Coordinate reviews of training materials with trainers, supervisors, HR and Benefits coordinators.
• Schedule and coordinate training for multiple sessions and ensure on-time delivery.
• Organize venues, logistics and equipment for trainings.
• Participate on HR & company committees.
• Track compliance and results with HR and Excellence coordinators.
• Assist HR with yearly employee training.
• All other duties as assigned.
