Job summary

Pilgrim's in the United States is seeking an Orientation Trainer to administer, track, and evaluate New Hire Orientation and Onboarding in compliance with the People Pillar. You will supervise new hires during training, coordinate sessions, and maintain training venues and equipment in a plant setting.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a plant/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, track, and evaluate New Hire Orientation and Onboarding training.
• Supervise new hires during training and recommend training needs to management/HR.
• Develop positive relationships with new hires, peers, leaders, and clients.
• Meet with trainers, supervisors, HR, and Benefits to review training materials and processes.
• Schedule and coordinate multiple training sessions, including simultaneous sessions.
• Organize training venues, logistics, and equipment.
• Participate on HR and company committees.
• Work with Excellence Coordinators and HR to track orientation compliance and results.
• Assist HR with yearly Learning Plan setup and employee training.
• Assist HR during free time as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
