Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Training Coordinator to administer, track, and evaluate new hire orientation and onboarding programs. The role involves supervising trainees, coordinating sessions, and working with HR, trainers, and Benefits to improve processes.

The ideal candidate has prior training experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This on-site role requires willingness to work in a plant environment and offers comprehensive benefits.

• Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought out, positive, and professional manner to employees
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork with others
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently
• Must be willing to work in a plant/industrial environment

Responsibilities

• Administer, track, and evaluate all New Hire Orientation and Onboarding training in compliance with the People Pillar
• Supervise new-hires during training and advise management/HR on training needs
• Develop and promote positive working relationships with new hires, peers, leaders, and clients
• Review training materials and processes with trainers, supervisors, HR, and Benefits coordinators
• Schedule and coordinate multiple training sessions
• Organize and maintain training venues, logistics, and equipment
• Participate on HR and company committees
• Assist in tracking compliance and results of orientation with Excellence Coordinators and HR
• Help set up yearly Learning plan and train all employees
• Assist HR during free time
• All other duties as assigned
