Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Training Supervisor to administer, track, and evaluate New Hire Orientation and Onboarding training at our Canton, GA plant. You will supervise new hires during the training period and collaborate with management to address training needs and outcomes.

The role requires organizing sessions, coordinating schedules, and maintaining training venues. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; further education in HR or communications preferred.
• Experience in training or onboarding in an industrial environment is a plus.
• Strong organization and communication skills to manage multiple sessions.

Responsibilities

• Administer, track, and evaluate New Hire Orientation and Onboarding training.
• Supervise new hires during the training period and advise management on training needs.
• Develop positive relationships with new hires, peers, leaders, and clients.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions and manage venues and equipment.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits and leaders to review training materials and processes.
