Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/BA/Healthcare Admin or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in organizational development or HR-related fields.
• Experience in program development, facilitation, or project management.
• Knowledge of nonprofit governance and board development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads development, implementation, and management of the White River Health Leadership & Governance Academy.
• Designs and facilitates leadership development programs for various leadership levels.
• Develops leadership competency frameworks, mentorship, and succession planning.
• Coordinates Board of Directors orientation and governance education with executives and Board reps.
• Partners with leaders to assess development needs and improve leadership effectiveness.
• Advances employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
• Manages internal/external development resources, including facilitators and consultants.
• Establishes measures to evaluate program effectiveness and drives improvements.
