Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) seeks a seasoned Manager of Leadership Development to act as the organizational architect of leader capability across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leadership to plan, develop, and execute leadership initiatives, owning the Leadership Development Academies and multi-year roadmaps.

The role requires adult learning expertise, business partnership, and ROI discipline, delivering blended curricula and measuring impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Expertise in Leadership, Organizational Learning and Development, Instructional Design, and Adult Development.
5+ years’ related work experience, including at least 2 years in supervision.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; strong facilitation and presentation.

Responsibilities

Drives leadership development to enhance manager capability toward strategic goals.
Develops and manages leadership development curriculum and measures success.
Evaluates programs and researches best practices for GCNA.
Designs ROI-focused learning strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
Collaborates with leaders to design blended curricula and delivery modalities.
