Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Three years of progressively responsible experience in organizational development, HR, leadership development, training, or related field.
• Preferred: experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs; healthcare experience; succession planning; board governance education.
• Knowledge: leadership development principles; nonprofit healthcare governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and ongoing management of the White River Health Leadership & Governance Academy.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs for various leader levels.
• Develop leadership competency frameworks, mentorship, and succession planning initiatives.
• Coordinate Board of Directors orientation, continuing education, and governance programs.
• Partner with organizational leaders to assess development needs and improve leadership effectiveness.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention.
• Coordinate internal and external development resources and educational programs.
• Establish measures to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Ensure initiatives align with WRH strategic priorities, mission, and CARES Values.
