This hands-on builder role spans learning and development, OD, change management, leadership development, onboarding and other talent practices, partnering with leaders and HR to create scalable tools and experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 4-6 years in organizational development, learning and development, talent management or change management.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning or OD solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and change management principles.
• Experience with leadership development, onboarding or talent processes preferred.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
• Comfort with learning technology and AI applications in learning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and move practical solutions forward.

Responsibilities

• Identify organizational, leadership and workforce capability needs and translate into practical learning and development solutions.
• Design, develop and facilitate learning experiences for leaders and associates using varied delivery methods.
• Create practical learning tools and resources usable across the organization.
• Support organizational change and transformation using OD and change management approaches.
• Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to address organizational effectiveness needs.
• Help build and continuously improve talent practices including leadership development and performance processes.
• Strengthen onboarding and key moments in the associate experience through learning and development practices.
• Leverage HR systems and learning technology to deliver, scale and improve talent solutions.
