Trusted Fraternal Life seeks an Organization Development & Learning Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. This hands-on role blends learning, OD, change management, leadership development and onboarding to build capability across the organization.

You’ll partner with HR and leaders to roll out tools, experiences and scalable talent practices that drive our Strategy 2030. The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of relevant OD/LD experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, and comfort with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years in organizational development, learning & development or related fields.
• Experience designing, developing and facilitating learning or OD solutions.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and change management.
• Experience in leadership development, onboarding or talent processes preferred.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
• Comfort with learning technology and digital tools; curiosity about AI in learning.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability needs and translate them into learning and development interventions.
• Design, develop and deliver learning experiences for leaders and staff.
• Create practical tools and resources usable across the organization.
• Support change initiatives with OD approaches and change management.
• Partner with HR and leaders to address organizational effectiveness needs.
• Help build talent practices including leadership development and onboarding.
• Enhance onboarding and key moments in the associate experience.
• Leverage HR systems and digital tools to scale learning solutions.
