Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience leading Learning & Development, Talent Management or HR leadership.
• Experience with learning technologies, talent systems and analytics.
• Experience designing leadership development and succession programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company-wide learning and workforce capability strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead succession planning with readiness assessments and leadership pipelines.
• Develop career paths and progression frameworks across roles and departments.
• Oversee Workday LMS and the learning technology ecosystem and manage external partners.
