Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager of Organizational Development to design and implement solutions aligned with business strategy. You will act as an internal consultant, gather and analyze data, and lead organizational design initiatives with senior OD managers.

You will also drive adoption and measure outcomes across multiple workstreams. In this role, you will facilitate workshops, partner with HR and learning teams, and manage change initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development or a related area
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI)
• Ability to lead small–mid scale OD projects

Responsibilities

• Supports large-scale organizational design initiatives, leading workstreams and small to mid-size initiatives.
• Partners with business leaders and HR to align structure, leadership, and culture with strategy.
• Conducts change impact assessments and develops communication plans for leadership transitions.
• Creates draft materials to support adoption of new structures and tracks post-implementation metrics.
