Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager, HR Consultant to guide change management, communications, and human capital strategies for store operations projects. This role partners with operations leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to drive value and ensure a positive associate experience through organizational change.

You will lead thought leadership on HR processes, collaborate across HR constituencies, and deliver end-to-end solutions with timely feedback and alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in HR, change management, or organizational development.
• Ability to convey complex or technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing large cross-functional scope projects.
• Prior HR generalist experience.
• Strong data storytelling using Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and HR processes for store operations projects.
• Partner with business leaders and HR COEs to realize value from people components.
• Communicate project information to HR stakeholders and assist with data gathering and timelines.
• Provide thought leadership for project plans and stakeholder alignment across functions.
