Responsibilities

• Collaborate with line of business leaders to drive organization-wide initiatives.
• Identify OD needs from data analytics and insights and propose solutions.
• Lead design, development, and execution of talent and performance programs.
• Develop and evaluate OD programs and processes to improve effectiveness.
• Serve as SME on evaluation and measurement strategy and reporting.
• Stay informed on industry trends to advance OD best practices across the enterprise.
