Blue Cross NC seeks a Principal Organizational Development Advisor to lead OD/OE strategies across a multi-entity health care enterprise. You will partner with HR COEs and business leaders to diagnose gaps, design interventions, and drive culture, change, and workforce effectiveness with measurable impact.

The role requires 8+ years of experience (or 10+ years without a degree) and advanced OD/IO psychology qualifications. Hybrid-flex work model with strong leadership accountability is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
• Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related field preferred.
• Proven design and execution of OD interventions to solve enterprise-wide challenges.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to senior executives and leaders, providing expert consultation on complex organizational challenges while leading transformations and developing scalable organizational development approaches.
• Diagnose and design OD/OE interventions aligned to priorities with measurable workforce impact.
• Apply systems thinking to advance culture, change, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
• Lead organization design consultations, operating model effectiveness, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with HR COEs to shape and implement OD strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Lead initiatives that align talent, behaviors, and actions with desired cultural outcomes.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to diagnose gaps and inform decisions.
• Define success measures and impact metrics for OD/OE solutions.
