Job summary

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and strong communications. You will work onsite in Houston (Mon-Thu) and collaborate with IT teams to drive adoption and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change initiatives in IT projects.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with ADDIE, SAM, PMP, Agile, or Scrum is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IT transformation and technology adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements and enterprise technology implementations.
• Work onsite Monday–Thursday in Houston and coordinate with project teams.

• 2–8 years of relevant Organizational Change Management experience
• Strong experience supporting IT/technology initiatives
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
• Experience with change management methodologies/frameworks
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
• Must be comfortable working onsite Monday–Thursday in Houston
• ADDIE, SAM, PMP, Agile, or Scrum experience
• Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Regulated Industries
• Experience with enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation
