Software Resources seeks an Organizational Change Management Lead for a long-term contract in Orlando, FL. The role centers on user adoption, readiness, and communications for a major technology transformation, with four onsite days per week and Fridays remote.

You will partner with Enterprise Technology and business stakeholders to develop change strategies, conduct readiness assessments, and create adoption artifacts that enable successful deployment across locations.

Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead with a major corporation in Orlando, FL. 4 days onsite, Fridays Remote.

Ideal Background:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced OCM professional who can immediately contribute, partner effectively with both technical and business teams, and translate technical changes into meaningful guidance that drives user adoption and business readiness. Technology transformation experience is more important than entertainment industry experience. Candidates who have managed change for technical implementations and can bridge communication between technical teams and business users will be most successful in this role.

Position Summary:

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will support the Help Desk AI initiative, an enterprise-wide technology transformation effort requiring change management planning, stakeholder engagement, user readiness, and adoption activities. The role will work closely with Enterprise Technology leadership to develop and execute change strategies that help employees understand, adopt, and effectively utilize new capabilities.
