Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in IT change management projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, IT, business management, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner, PMI-ACP, PMP) is a plus.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean frameworks (please mention which).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end change management processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
