Job summary

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a Change Management Lead to oversee a team working on the OPAL ERP and DW/BI modernization project. You will develop change plans, craft communications, oversee training, and engage stakeholders across departments to ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities include risk management, coordinating with technical and functional teams, and measuring outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in organizational change, organizational development, communications, operational design, or equivalent experience; 3-7 years of experience with change management; and
Experience with implementing ERP and/or DW/BI solutions strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop Change Management Plans and templates for impact assessments and readiness assessments.
Design and deliver communications and training programs; create materials and conduct workshops.
Identify and engage stakeholders; liaise with functional and technical teams.
Identify risks and resistance to change; develop mitigation strategies and monitor progress.
Support implementation; coordinate with departments to ensure resources and smooth changes.
Evaluate outcomes; collect feedback and report on improvements.
Supervise and develop team members; route work and review deliverables.
