Job summary

Technatomy Corporation is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to prepare Army stakeholders for the transition to a solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).

The consultant will assess how processes and roles will change, develop practical engagement and enablement activities, and track readiness and adoption across implementation and deployment waves.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of organizational change or business transformation experience.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise software or ERP implementations.
• Experience with stakeholder analysis, change-impact assessments, and communications planning.
• Experience assessing training needs, measuring readiness, and supporting adoption through implementation and stabilization.
• Ability to coordinate business leaders, end users, and delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to translate stakeholder feedback into practical communications and enablement actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop the organizational change approach and align activities with discovery, implementation, and deployment plans.
• Identify stakeholders, affected roles, change impacts, adoption barriers, and readiness needs.
• Build communications plans, stakeholder engagement activities, change networks, and feedback channels.
• Coordinate training-needs analysis and role-based enablement with business owners, researchers, writers, and delivery teams.
• Support participation in process workshops, user acceptance testing, demonstrations, and pilot feedback activities.
• Define and track readiness and adoption measures and recommend targeted corrective actions.
• Coordinate go-live communications, support-transition messages, and reinforcement activities across deployment waves.
• Use feedback to improve training, communications, and post-deployment adoption support.

The consultant will assess how processes and roles will change, develop practical engagement and enablement activities, and track readiness and adoption across implementation and deployment waves.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop the organizational change approach and align activities with discovery, implementation, and deployment plans.
• Identify stakeholders, affected roles, change impacts, adoption barriers, and readiness needs.
• Build communications plans, stakeholder engagement activities, change networks, and feedback channels.
• Coordinate training-needs analysis and role-based enablement with business owners, researchers, writers, and delivery teams.
• Support participation in process workshops, user acceptance testing, demonstrations, and pilot feedback activities.
• Define and track readiness and adoption measures and recommend targeted corrective actions.
• Coordinate go-live communications, support-transition messages, and reinforcement activities across deployment waves.
• Use operational feedback and lessons learned to improve training, communications, and post-deployment adoption support.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change or business transformation, including 3+ years supporting enterprise software or ERP implementations.
• Experience with stakeholder analysis, change-impact assessments, and communications planning.
• Experience assessing training needs, measuring readiness, and supporting adoption through implementation and stabilization.
• Ability to coordinate business leaders, end users, and delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to turn stakeholder feedback into practical communications, enablement, and readiness actions.
• Strong facilitation, writing, and presentation skills for explaining changes to business processes and user responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Experience supporting federal workforce change initiatives.
• Knowledge of financial-management or logistics business processes.
• Experience supporting D365 F&O implementations and phased enterprise deployments.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, communications, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience.

CLEARANCE / SUITABILITY:

• Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements. Any required security clearance and access approvals must be obtained before accessing Government systems or project data and maintained throughout the assignment.

WORK LOCATION:

• Remote within the United States.
