Job summary

Technatomy Corporation seeks a DevSecOps Technical Lead to coordinate secure delivery pipelines for Army Finance modernization using D365 F&O/Power Platform. You will set standards across CI/CD, automate security, and lead cross‑functional delivery teams with hands‑on depth in the platform and middleware stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software delivery, systems engineering, or DevOps
• Experience with Git, scripting, infrastructure as code, and automated testing
• Experience with security scanning, artifact and dependency management, secrets controls, and release traceability
• Hands-on delivery depth in D365 F&O/Power Platform ALM or cloud middleware pipelines
• Experience coordinating complementary platform specialists and aligning delivery practices across teams
• Ability to define practical engineering standards, review automation and release controls, and coordinate resolution of pipeline dependencies

Responsibilities

• Define standards for source control, build artifacts, packaging, automated tests, approvals, and deployment evidence
• Guide engineers in reusable automation, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and secure handling of secrets
• Integrate dependency and security scanning, SBOM controls, and remediation tracking into delivery practices
• Coordinate pipeline dependencies and release gates with platform owners, security, testing, and deployment teams
• Use platform-supported release mechanisms and apply container practices to appropriate custom and middleware workloads
• Establish rollback, monitoring, and release traceability practices that connect changes to test results and deployment approvals
• Support RMF evidence collection and resolve delivery issues affecting release readiness

We are seeking a DevSecOps Technical Lead to coordinate secure delivery pipelines for Army Finance modernization based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), including Finance and Supply Chain Management. The lead will establish common engineering and release controls across D365 F&O/Power Platform delivery and the data integration platform middleware pipeline. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on depth in an applicable delivery platform and coordination of complementary specialists.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish coordinated CI/CD practices across D365 F&O/Power Platform and data integration and middleware delivery.
• Define standards for source control, build artifacts, packaging, automated tests, approvals, and deployment evidence.
• Guide engineers in reusable automation, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and secure handling of secrets.
• Integrate dependency and security scanning, software bill of materials (SBOM) controls, and remediation tracking into delivery practices.
• Coordinate pipeline dependencies and release gates with platform owners, security, testing, and deployment teams.
• Use platform-supported release mechanisms and apply container practices to appropriate custom and middleware workloads.
• Establish rollback, monitoring, and release traceability practices that connect changes to test results and deployment approvals.
• Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) evidence collection and resolve delivery issues affecting release readiness.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 7+ years in software delivery, systems engineering, or DevOps, including 3+ years implementing CI/CD pipelines and 2+ years directing technical delivery or engineering standards. These periods may overlap.
• Experience with Git, scripting, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• Experience with security scanning, artifact and dependency management, secrets controls, and release traceability.
• Hands‑on delivery depth in either D365 F&O/Power Platform application lifecycle management (ALM) or cloud middleware pipelines.
• Experience coordinating complementary platform specialists and aligning delivery practices across teams.
• Ability to define practical engineering standards, review automation and release controls, and coordinate resolution of pipeline dependencies.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Experience delivering applications or infrastructure in Government cloud environments.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS delivery pipelines and associated platform controls.
• Experience automating SBOM generation and component or dependency evidence.
• Experience supporting RMF evidence collection and remediation tracking.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience.

CLEARANCE / SUITABILITY:

• Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements. Any required security clearance and access approvals must be obtained before accessing Government systems or project data and maintained throughout the assignment.

WORK LOCATION:

• Remote within the United States.
