Job summary

Technatomy Corporation is seeking an ERP Data Migration Manager to lead the transition of legacy financial data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, coordinating source-system owners and delivery teams through assessment, conversion, reconciliation, cutover, and stabilization.

The role focuses on implementing D365 F&O, ensuring strict acceptance criteria, governance, and government-compliant processes across multiple agencies, with remote US work options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ERP data migration or enterprise data delivery, including 3+ years leading migration workstreams.
• Experience leading at least one ERP migration through source assessment, repeated mock conversions, reconciliation, cutover, and stabilization.
• Experience managing financial-data quality, conversion defects, legacy dependencies, and stakeholder approvals.
• Ability to define migration acceptance criteria, archive decisions, rollback conditions, and business validation procedures.
• Working knowledge of D365 F&O migration capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate functional, data, integration, deployment, and legacy-system teams and communicate migration readiness and risks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the migration strategy, source-system inventory, ownership model, conversion waves, and integrated workstream schedule.
• Coordinate source access, mapping approval, data profiling, cleansing, and remediation with legacy-system and business owners.
• Define conversion acceptance criteria, control totals, financial reconciliation rules, and evidence requirements.
• Plan repeated mock conversions and track load results, defects, dependencies, and business validation.
• Coordinate migration, historical archives, and approved retention and disposition requirements with records and technical teams.
• Integrate cutover activities with environment readiness, security approvals, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Define rollback criteria, escalation paths, readiness recommendations, and stabilization responsibilities.
• Maintain traceable approvals and support Government acceptance and controlled retirement of replaced functions and interfaces.

The solution includes Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. The manager will coordinate source-system owners and delivery teams through assessment, conversion, reconciliation, cutover, and stabilization, with clear acceptance criteria and evidence supporting Government decisions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED

• Experience transitioning Army legacy ERP or federal financial systems.
• Experience coordinating financial-data archives and audit retrieval during legacy-system retirement.
• Experience managing phased migrations across multiple organizations or financial domains.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience.

CLEARANCE / SUITABILITY

• Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements. Any required security clearance and access approvals must be obtained before accessing Government systems or project data and maintained throughout the assignment.

WORK LOCATION

• Remote within the United States.
