Job summary

Technatomy Corporation seeks an Enterprise Architect to guide end-to-end architecture for Army Finance modernization based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with a focus on aligning business, data, and security designs to mission outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture across D365 F&O, integration services, Power Platform, analytics, security, and legacy systems.
• Align solution boundaries with Army processes, financial controls, and government requirements.
• Establish architecture standards, decision records, dependencies, and governance.
• Develop transition roadmaps and intermediate states for phased delivery and retirement of legacy systems.
• Resolve cross-domain design issues involving cloud services, identity, data ownership, integration, and capabilities.
• Review designs for interoperability, scalability, resilience, accessibility, and auditability; coordinate validation with stakeholders.
• Govern design deviations and maintain traceability from mission needs to decisions.

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to guide the end-to-end architecture for Army Finance modernization based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). The solution includes Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. The architect will align business, application, data, technology, and security designs with mission outcomes and legacy transition needs, providing consistent architectural direction across delivery teams and Government stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define the enterprise architecture across D365 F&O, integration services, Power Platform, analytics, security, and legacy systems.
• Align solution boundaries and authoritative systems with Army business processes, financial controls, and Government requirements.
• Establish architecture standards, decision records, dependency views, and governance practices across delivery teams.
• Develop transition roadmaps and intermediate states supporting phased capability delivery and legacy-system retirement.
• Resolve cross-domain design issues involving cloud services, identity, data ownership, integration, and application capabilities.
• Review designs for interoperability, scalability, resilience, accessibility, and auditability.Coordinate architecture validation with functional experts, product architects, security staff, and Government decision makers.
• Govern design deviations and maintain traceability from approved mission needs to architecture and implementation decisions.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems design or modernization, including 3+ years in enterprise or cross-domain solution architecture.
• Experience integrating ERP, cloud, data, identity, and legacy systems.
• Experience developing transition roadmaps and governing architectural decisions across multiple delivery teams.
• Knowledge of federal or DoD business-system constraints, Zero Trust principles, and authoritative data ownership.
• Ability to assess cross-domain dependencies and balance functional, security, performance, and supportability requirements.
• Ability to produce clear architecture documentation and communicate recommendations and tradeoffs to technical and executive stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Experience with D365 F&O-based enterprise architectures.
• Experience supporting Army financial modernization or comparable federal ERP programs.
• Experience with phased replacement of legacy financial systems and related integration services.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, systems engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience.

CLEARANCE / SUITABILITY:

• Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements. Any required security clearance and access approvals must be obtained before accessing Government systems or project data and maintained throughout the assignment.

WORK LOCATION:

• Remote within the United States.
