We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to coordinate day-to-day delivery of Army Finance modernization based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), including Finance and Supply Chain Management. The deputy will support the Program Manager across delivery teams, partners, staffing, schedules, and Government reviews, exercise delegated management authority, and maintain continuity as the program advances through implementation, migration, and deployment milestones.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate delivery across program workstreams and partners, keeping team commitments aligned with the integrated schedule and approved priorities.
• Maintain visibility into staffing, resource forecasts, subcontractor commitments, and workload needs; elevate gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Consolidate milestone status, deliverable progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource impacts for program and Government reviews.
• Track program decisions and action items through closure, with accountable owners, due dates, and timely escalation.
• Coordinate readiness actions across migration, integration, security, testing, and deployment teams before milestone and acceptance reviews.
• Support deliverable reviews, evidence collection, and resolution of Government feedback in coordination with responsible workstream leads.
• Support Agile planning and cross-team coordination while maintaining alignment with program governance and approved change decisions.
• Represent the Program Manager within delegated authority and provide management continuity during the Program Manager's absence.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 7+ years of experience in IT program or project delivery, including 3+ years managing delivery across multiple teams or workstreams.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP or financial-system modernization and coordinating federal program delivery.
• Experience maintaining integrated schedules, coordinating staffing and resources, and overseeing subcontractor commitments.
• Demonstrated risk and issue management, customer reporting, and coordination of dependencies across technical and business teams.
• Ability to turn program decisions into accountable actions and prepare milestone, readiness, and acceptance reviews.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to consolidate technical information into clear management reporting.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Experience supporting Army modernization programs.
• Experience with D365 F&O implementation and related migration, integration, or deployment workstreams.
• Experience serving as a deputy program manager or exercising delegated program management responsibilities.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience.

CLEARANCE / SUITABILITY:

• Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements. Any required security clearance and access approvals must be obtained before accessing Government systems or project data and maintained throughout the assignment.

• Remote within the United States.
