Job summary

Technatomy Corporation is seeking a Systems Integration Manager to coordinate external connections supporting Army Finance modernization based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The role brings together Army, DoD, Treasury, and partner system owners to resolve access, data-sharing, and testing dependencies and move interfaces into controlled operational use.

The position requires 7+ years in systems integration with 3+ years managing cross‑organization interfaces, and prior DoD experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems integration or technical delivery, including 3+ years managing interfaces across independent organizations.
• Experience delivering federal or DoD system connections.
• Experience coordinating system owners, security teams, network providers, API and data teams, and release stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of interface specifications, data agreements, authentication, integration testing, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the external-interface inventory, accountable owners, schedules, dependencies, and readiness criteria.
• Initiate and track partner engagement, endpoint access, connection agreements, and data-sharing arrangements.
• Coordinate interface specifications and data contracts with architects, functional teams, and system owners.
• Align security reviews, identity requirements, connectivity, and authorization dependencies with connection delivery plans.
• Coordinate applicable Treasury exchanges, including G-Invoicing and CARS/IPAC, with the responsible stakeholders.
• Plan partner testing, exception resolution, reconciliation, and production-entry reviews.
• Resolve cross-organization impediments and elevate decisions affecting scope, schedule, access, or operational ownership.
• Maintain connection evidence and coordinate deployment, monitoring, support responsibilities, and operational handoff.

The solution includes Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. The manager will bring together Army, DoD, Treasury, and partner system owners to resolve access, agreement, technical, testing, and approval dependencies and move interfaces into controlled operational use.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• 7+ years of experience in systems integration or technical delivery, including 3+ years managing interfaces across independent organizations.

• Working knowledge of interface specifications, data agreements, authentication, integration testing, and reconciliation.
• Ability to manage cross‑organization dependencies, readiness criteria, approvals, and operational handoff.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, issue‑resolution, scheduling, and technical communication skills.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED

• Experience with Army or Treasury interfaces and associated connection processes.
• Experience with D365 F&O integrations and governed data exchanges.
• Experience coordinating financial‑system interfaces through phased production deployments.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience.

CLEARANCE / SUITABILITY

• Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements. Any required security clearance and access approvals must be obtained before accessing Government systems or project data and maintained throughout the assignment.

WORK LOCATION

• Remote within the United States.

This position requires U.S. citizenship.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
