Technatomy Corporation is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to translate Army finance and operations needs into clear processes, requirements, and acceptance criteria for a D365 F&O implementation. The role supports D365 F&O and broader business-process improvements across finance and logistics functions.

The candidate will document workflows, maintain traceability to tests and releases, and coordinate with government owners and cross-functional teams.

We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst to translate Army finance and operational needs into clear processes, requirements, and acceptance criteria for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) implementation. The solution includes Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. This posting supports D365 F&O business analysis and broader business-process improvement assignments. Candidates must meet the requirements for their assigned specialty; experience across both specialties is not required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate discovery workshops with finance, property, supply, reporting, and technical stakeholders.
• Document current and future workflows, controls, role ownership, handoffs, exceptions, and performance measures.
• Translate approved needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized delivery backlog.
• Maintain traceability among business objectives, process decisions, configuration requirements, tests, and release evidence.
• For D365 F&O assignments, conduct fit-to-standard and fit-gap analysis and document approved configuration needs.
• For process-focused assignments, analyze root causes, redesign cross-functional processes, and define measurable improvements and operating procedures.
• Support human-centered design, user acceptance testing, defect clarification, adoption planning, and business readiness.
• Coordinate policy and process decisions with accountable Government owners and support a configuration-first implementation approach.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement, including 3+ years supporting ERP, financial systems, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and developing process models, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to analyze business controls, identify root causes, and maintain requirement-to-test traceability.
• Experience supporting implementation testing, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder review of proposed changes.
• For D365 F&O assignments, hands-on participation in a D365 F&O implementation and knowledge of financial transaction lifecycles and reconciliation.
• For process-focused assignments, experience redesigning cross-functional processes, defining accountable owners, and measuring improvement.
• Ability to communicate complex processes clearly and coordinate decisions across business and technical teams.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Knowledge of federal financial terminology and Government business-process reengineering.
• Experience with Army legacy financial or logistics systems.
• D365 F&O experience for process-focused assignments; this experience is required for D365 F&O assignments as stated above.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, information systems, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience.

CLEARANCE / SUITABILITY:

• Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements. Any required security clearance and access approvals must be obtained before accessing Government systems or project data and maintained throughout the assignment.

WORK LOCATION:

• Remote within the United States.
