Maricopa County's Enterprise Technology & Innovation is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to inspire and lead people through change, linking it to the organization's purpose. You will ensure technologies and processes are embraced, adopted, and used to their full potential by showing why change matters.

Qualifications

• Four years in either organizational change management, communications, project management, or business analysis, preferably within a government or large enterprise setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, or an IT-related field
• An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary change manager for high-impact projects by planning and executing comprehensive change management strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder buy-in, address resistance, evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, and maintain relationships to ensure adoption and outcomes.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans and monitor progress across projects.
• Maintain a Center of Practice for Organizational Change Management with updated methodologies and tools and provide training resources.
• Develop departmental communication strategies, standards, and templates and craft messaging for senior leadership.
