Job summary

Maricopa County Enterprise Technology seeks an Organizational Change Management Specialist to lead change activities and ensure adoption of new technologies and processes. The role focuses on creating engaging change strategies that connect workforce motivation to organizational goals.

You will develop targeted communications, assess impacts, and drive adoption across large projects, collaborating with project teams to embed OCM in every phase.

Qualifications

• Four years in organizational change management, communications, project management, or business analysis (government/large enterprise preferred).
• Experience developing change and communication plans that emphasize user benefits and engagement.
• Ability to plan, execute, and measure change initiatives across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary change manager for high-impact projects; conduct change impact assessments and create tailored plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder buy-in and address resistance to ensure sustained adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers to embed OCM activities into project plans and standards.
• Maintain Center of Practice for Organizational Change Management and provide training resources.
