Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior OCM Consultant for its National Total Experience Practice to lead change management initiatives across large technology migrations.

You will develop strategies, guide stakeholders, design training, measure adoption, and collaborate with IT, HR, and marketing to ensure successful technology adoption.

This role requires strong communication, project management, and practical experience with ADKAR, Agile, Jira, and modern collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong project management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies across large technology migrations.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance; help clients move through migration blockers.
• Assess change readiness and conduct impact analyses to identify risks and resistance.
• Develop communication and training plans to inform and upskill stakeholders.
