Qualifications

• Four years in organizational change management, communications, project management, or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, or IT-related field.
• Equivalents may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Prosci/ACMP change-management certification valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact change management for projects and drive adoption.
• Develop change and communication plans emphasizing user benefits.
• Ensure consistent, motivating messaging across channels.
• Coordinate with project managers to integrate OCM into plans.
• Maintain Center of Practice for Organizational Change Management.
• Create departmental communications standards and leadership messages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
