You will partner with clients and internal teams, guiding large-scale engagements, managing resources and risks, and driving sustainable performance improvement across sectors. Hybrid work and travel are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of operating model development and organizational design experience.
• Experience in strategic workforce planning, capability mapping, and governance.
• Experience leading org design engagements in multiple functional domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders.
• Develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
• Guide operating model design to enable agile ways of working.
