Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager to shape workforce, talent and mobility strategies within the People Consulting practice. You will design operating models and drive organizational effectiveness, partnering with clients to implement strategic workforce plans and governance.

Role requires leading design engagements, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and advancing EY approaches in organization design within a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver innovative org.design solutions.
• Guide teams on structuring to enable agile ways of working and alignment with strategy.
