Job summary

AdventHealth is hiring a Clinical Donation Associate in Orlando to respond to organ donation referrals on-site within our service area. You will perform initial suitability screening and round with ICU teams to coordinate donation plans.

In this role you will support the Organ Procurement Coordinator, communicate clearly with hospital staff, and help coordinate donation huddles to ensure timely actions and high-quality family care. US-based, day shifts, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of critical care patients is required.
• Ability to multi-task and work long hours under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with MS Office or EHRs is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Responds on site to organ donation referrals within the service area.
• Performs initial donor suitability screening and rounds on referrals.
• Maintains relationships with ICU physicians and nurses.
• Supports the Organ Procurement Coordinator and team leader.
• Coordinates donation huddles and communicates plans to staff.
