Qualifications

• Must have computer skills related to hospital EHRs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organ donation processes in ICU/ED and assist surgeons in the OR during recovery.
• Respond to LifeQuest referrals from service area hospitals.
• Educate families about organ, tissue, and eye donation with sensitivity to diverse cultures and beliefs.
• Provide in-services to donor hospitals and the public as needed.
• Communicate effectively with transplant teams, donor hospital staff, and families to manage complex procedures.
